Understand the terms that govern your use of MoonTraze platform.
By accessing or using MoonTraze (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MoonTraze regarding your use of our cloud backend services, including but not limited to database, storage, authentication, and real-time features.
2.1You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on MoonTraze.
2.2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.3You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2.4You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2.5You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
MoonTraze provides the following core services:
You agree to use MoonTraze only for lawful purposesand in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:
You retain all rights to the data you store on MoonTraze. We do not claim ownership of your content.
By using MoonTraze, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions for the data you store on the Platform.
All content on the MoonTraze Platform, including but not limited to:
Are the exclusive property of MoonTraze and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or leaseany part of the Platform without express written permission from MoonTraze.
MoonTraze operates on a pure usage-based, pay-as-you-go model. There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no locked-in plans. You only pay for the resources you actually consume beyond the free tier.
Free tier (per project):
Usage is measured on a calendar month basis (UTC). Billing is postpaid — you use resources first, and you're billed for the previous month's usage on the 1st of the following month.
Example
Jan 15: You exceed free bandwidth limit (2 GB overage)
Jan 31: Month ends — overage = 2 GB
Feb 1: Invoice generated → ₹1.90 auto-charged
Feb 1: Bandwidth resets to 0 (fresh month)
Mar 1: Next month's invoice (if any overage in Feb)
Note: Billing is not 30 days from signup. It is always on the 1st of every calendar month.
To use overage beyond the free tier, you must set up a UPI AutoPay mandate. This authorizes automatic monthly charges for your actual usage.
When you set up UPI AutoPay, you will see a mandate limit of up to ₹15,000 (or another amount you approve). This does NOT mean ₹15,000 will be immediately deducted from your account.
It means you have pre-authorized MoonTraze to auto-debit up to ₹15,000 from your account for usage-based charges. The actual amount deducted will only be for the services you use and only when you exceed the free tier.
Example:
You are billed only for what you actually consume — never the full mandate amount.
Note: Per RBI guidelines, you will receive a pre-debit notification before each auto-debit, and you can cancel the mandate at any time from your bank/UPI app.
If a payment fails (UPI declined, insufficient balance, etc.):
Day 1–15: Grace Period
Day 16+: Suspended
Outstanding invoices must be cleared to reactivate your account. Please download your data before suspension using Backup / Recovery / Migrate.
We reserve the right to modify our usage rates with reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You will see rate changes in the dashboard before they take effect.
Usage-based charges are non-refundable, as each charge corresponds to actual resources consumed. Please review ourRefund Policyfor full details.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through the dashboard.
Upon termination:
MoonTraze is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonTraze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of MoonTraze after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
